1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

2. The Service

Tapju aggregates publicly available product information from third-party e-commerce websites and uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate scores, summaries, review insights, price comparisons, and recommendations. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only. It is a research and comparison tool — it does not sell products, process payments, or fulfil orders.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account, which you can create by signing in with Google or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Prices, availability, and AI accuracy

Prices, discounts, stock status, ratings, review counts, images, and other product details shown on Tapju are indicative and are sourced from third parties. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or out of date, and may differ from the information shown on the store’s own website at the time of purchase. AI-generated analysis and recommendations can contain errors. Always verify the final price, specifications, availability, and terms on the store’s website before making a purchase. Tapju does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Service.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Tapju participates in affiliate programmes and may earn a commission when you click through to a partner store and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the analysis, scores, or ordering we present. See our Privacy Policy for how affiliate links are handled.

6. Third-party websites, stores, and trademarks

The Service references and links to third-party e-commerce stores. Tapju is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those stores unless expressly stated. All product names, logos, brands, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. Any purchase or transaction is solely between you and the relevant store, and is governed by that store’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, or any dealings between you and any store.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service, or access it via automated means, except as expressly permitted by us;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
• upload malicious code or infringe the rights of Tapju or any third party.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the compilation and presentation of analysis, is owned by Tapju or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

9. Your submissions and feedback

If you submit feedback, ratings, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them to operate and improve the Service, without any obligation to you. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it.

10. Notifications and communications

By using certain features (such as price alerts) or enabling notifications, you consent to receive related emails and/or push notifications from us. You can manage or disable notifications through your account settings or device settings. We may also send you essential service and security messages that are necessary for the operation of your account.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information (including prices and AI analysis) is accurate, complete, or current.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapju and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, or your reliance on any information provided through it — including any purchase you make based on prices or analysis shown on Tapju. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tapju and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

15. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
